ENROLLMENT

Youth Enrollment Requirements:

⦁ Reside in the Omaha, Nebraska, or Council Bluffs, Iowa.
⦁ Be between the ages of 11 and 18 at the time of enrollment.
⦁ Show a desire to be matched in the program.
⦁ Read and abide by the One Impact Mentorship Program’s Handbook.
⦁ Make a 12-month commitment to One Impact Mentorship Program.
⦁ Be able to meet with their Mentor 1-4 times per month.

 How the Youth Enrollment Process Works:

⦁ Complete the Youth Enrollment Form.
⦁ Hear from a One Impact Staff to set up an interview.
⦁ Complete an interview with a One Impact Staff to get to know your child.
⦁ Match with a Mentor and create an action plan.
⦁ One Impact Staff will formally introduce the Mentor to their Mentee.

We value the safety of your child! We conduct thorough background checks on every Mentor in our program, and every relationship is closely monitored. One Impact Staff Members will always have ongoing communication with you, your child, and your child’s Mentor.
