Volunteer Requirements:
⦁ At least 18 years or older.
⦁ Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent life experience.
⦁ Be a citizen of the United States or have proper visa documentation.
⦁ Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
⦁ Permit for One Impact Mentorship Program to conduct periodic criminal background checks and child/adult abuse inquiries.
⦁ Make a 12-month commitment to One Impact Mentorship Program.
⦁ Be able to meet with their Mentor 1-4 times per month.
⦁ Demonstrate a desire to participate in the program and abide by the One Impact Mentorship Program’s Handbook.
How the Volunteer Process Works:
⦁ Fill out the volunteer application form.
⦁ Complete the Background Check and Mentoring Orientation.
⦁ Complete an interview to help us get to know you.
⦁ Match with a mentee and receive the action plan.
⦁ One Impact Staff will formally introduce the Mentor to their Mentee.
